Story published, 14 pages, travel magazine “abenteuer und reisen”, 10-2019. Travelling with Michelin-Star-Chef Johann Lafer to Hawker Centres, Peranakan Masters and Michelin star-rated chefs and restaurants in Singapore. Boiling pots and sizzling pans offered a yummy background for my story.
